I. General provisions

1. This Privacy Policy (hereinafter - the "Policy" or "Privacy Policy") is an integral part of the Terms of Use of the Site concluded between the visitor (in the text "You", "User") and the Charitable Organization "Kvyatkovsky Family Foundation" (in text "We", "Fund") regarding the use of the site: (text "Site").

The Constitution of Ukraine; the Law of Ukraine "On the Protection of Personal Data" dated 01.06.2010 No. 2287-VI; other valid normative acts of Ukraine that regulate the issue of personal data protection; international normative legal acts ratified in Ukraine.

The law (including international), national and international legal acts governing the protection of personal data of residents of such countries also applies to legal relations that arise in the Fund in connection with the processing of personal data of residents of foreign jurisdictions.

The owner of personal data processed in connection with visiting/using the Site's options is the Foundation. The Foundation has the right to fully or partially entrust the processing of personal data to third parties on the basis of a contract concluded in accordance with the requirements of current legislation.
