The project was implemented by our Foundation in partnership with the NGO “Youth Matters,” the NGO “Youth Association ‘Conscious Choice,’” and Stepan Gzhytskyi National University of Veterinary Medicine and Biotechnologies Lviv.
Over the course of three days, 300 active students learned, worked in teams, developed leadership skills, and created socially significant initiatives and startup projects with the potential for implementation at the regional level.
Participants completed a series of important training modules, including:
🔹 Success stories and motivation;
🔹 Community engagement and civic responsibility;
🔹 First aid training;
🔹 FPV drone flight simulation;
🔹 Psychological support and mental health awareness;
🔹 The module “Ukrainians Everyone Should Be Talking About”;
🔹 The module “Trust.”
A special highlight of the event was a speech by war veteran, singer, and songwriter Mykhailo Panchyshyn (Ptashkin), who shared his personal story of resilience, strength, and motivation.
Participants also had the opportunity to visit the 2nd Recruitment Center of the Air Assault Forces of the Armed Forces of Ukraine, where they became familiar with military equipment and personal combat gear, and took part in practical simulation training using equipment designed for FPV drone operators and aerial reconnaissance specialists.
The event’s partners, CarGo Driving School, provided participants with the opportunity to experience driving a Tesla and awarded training certificates 🚘⚡️
We would also like to express our gratitude to FILA partner “Sport Syla,” whose support enabled athletes from southern Ukraine to attend the event. Their participation became an important part of the project’s motivational and sporting component 💪🇺🇦
These were three days of intensive learning, new connections, personal growth, and opportunities for the future 💙💛
